Job summary

Faculty is seeking a Delivery Manager for its Defence team to own end-to-end AI transformation programmes for UK Defence clients. You will translate mission challenges into strategic AI solutions and lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers in fast-paced environments.

The role requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and on-site work 2–4 days per week with clients across the UK, with flexibility to work from our London office or remotely within the UK when not on

Qualifications

• You have experience in professional services.
• Experience delivering AI/data science projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to own end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping and planning through to final implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborating with Defence stakeholders and technical teams to design AI tools that solve sensitive real-world challenges.
• Managing project development cycles to ensure rigorous delivery with maximum operational value.
• Forming strong relationships with senior stakeholders as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Developing proposals and pitches to identify and grow new Defence sector opportunities.
• Translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies for the UK Defence community.
• Mentoring peers and leading improvement of delivery processes and practices.
