Case Management Cymru Ltd is seeking a warm, patient Female Support Worker to assist a client in Brackla, Bridgend. The role involves daily living support, personal care, mobility assistance, and hydrotherapy sessions within a dedicated care team.

Shifts include day work, sleep-ins, and waking nights, with weekends and bank holidays as required. A full UK driving licence is essential to drive the client’s mobility vehicle for appointments and community access.

Qualificações

• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive the client’s adapted vehicle.
• Able to work day shifts, sleep-ins and waking nights, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Confident in water and able to support hydrotherapy sessions.
• Patient, reliable, flexible and able to provide person-centred support.
• Comfortable providing personal care and supporting an individual with complex physical needs.
• Ability to build a positive, professional relationship with the client and family.
• Work collaboratively with the care team and health professionals.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to register with Social Care Wales.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily living assistance and personal care as needed.
• Assist with mobility, activities and accessing the community.
• Support hydrotherapy sessions at home, ensuring safety.
