Job summary

Visits to the school are encouraged to meet the Head Teacher and SEND lead, with shortlisting and pre-employment checks in line with KCSIE processes. The role offers a collaborative, supportive environment within a church school context.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge in supporting pupils with SEND, including ASC and ADHD.
• Experience with complex communication and emotional needs.
• Commitment to creating positive learning experiences for vulnerable pupils.
• Ability to adapt teaching environments and resources to individual needs.
