Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced individual with extensive customer service knowledge to provide a warm and friendly welcome at the Front of House Reception. This role involves delivering the highest level of client care and personal service to visitors, occupiers, and internal associates. It is a permanent position working across various sites for a prestigious client, with a pay rate of £16.12 per hour, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (45 hours per week). Benefits include 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a professional first impression and exceed client/visitor expectations.
  2. Ensure a positive customer journey for all visitors and guests.
  3. Proactively greet clients, guests, and visitors to appear as a visible, customer-focused professional.
  4. Anticipate and respond to client requirements professionally, maintaining consistent high standards of service.
  5. Engage in customer events and organize pop-ups for occupants.
  6. Manage reception supplies, issue visitor passes, and arrange travel as needed.
  7. Set up and service rooms according to client specifications.
  8. Maintain stock levels of office supplies and ensure reception area cleanliness.
  9. Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  10. Provide concierge services and possess knowledge of local amenities.
  11. Offer administrative support when required.
Person Specification
  1. Professional, driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
  2. Self-disciplined, able to work independently, with a passion for high customer service standards.
  3. Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Well-presented and attentive to enhancing client/visitor experience.
  6. Confidentiality and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and concierge systems.
  7. Minimum 5 years of verifiable work history.
