Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated one-to-one support tailored to individual needs.

• Implement personalised learning strategies as agreed by the teaching team.
• Support communication, emotional regulation and social development.
• Record observations and contribute to progress reviews.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists and parents where appropriate.
• Prepare resources to enable pupils to access learning.
• Maintain safeguarding procedures and promote pupil welfare.
