Qualifications

• Provide personalised 1:1 support to a pupil to access learning and develop independence.
• Support pupils with ASC, SLCN, ADHD, SEMH, physical or complex needs as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families.

Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day.
• Helping pupils access learning and activities.
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development.
• Supporting transitions and changes in routine.
• Adapting activities to meet individual needs.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families.
• Providing personal care support where required.
