Job summary

Nuclear Restoration Services is seeking a Project Supervisor for the Dounreay Fast Reactor site to oversee safe delivery of decommissioning tasks and compliance with safety requirements.

The role requires supervising SQEP personnel, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring work control documentation and hazard reviews are up to date in a fast-paced environment. Interviews planned for late September 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience in industrial/decommissioning environments.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary activities and manage safety.
• Knowledge of work control processes and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe, compliant project activities and review safe systems of work.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and schedule work.
• Perform safety inspections and participate in hazard reviews.
• Line manage Dounreay staff and oversee contractor performance.
