Job summary

McLaren Automotive seeks a sustainability specialist to lead decarbonisation efforts and lifecycle carbon reduction across products and operations. You will collect Scope 1, 2 and 3 data annually and drive data-driven reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The role covers LCA modelling, CO2 hotspot analysis, and collaboration with engineering, procurement and sustainability teams to hit vehicle and material targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 3+ years sustainability experience preferred.
• Alternatively, a Sustainability/Environmental Management degree with 3+ years industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience collecting and evaluating Scope 1, 2 and 3 data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the business to collect Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission data annually.
• Support reporting of data internally and externally through the sustainability report and mandatory reporting.
• Identify CO2 hotspots and opportunities with innovation, engineering and sustainability teams.
