Qualifications

• Strong analytical experience within debt management, collections, finance, or performance environments.
• Experience analysing large data sets and translating insight into actionable recommendations.
• Experience identifying and delivering performance improvement opportunities.
• Advanced analytical capability using SQL, Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, SAS or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end debt performance across assigned areas of responsibility; identifying trends, risks and opportunities across debt, recoveries & business initiatives
• Produce and maintain regular reporting and management information packs
• Track performance against goals, forecasts and business cases
• Analyse operational and commercial performance drivers to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights with actionable recommendations.
• Develop reporting suites, dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor performance.
