Job summary

Working within the End-to-End Debt Strategy & Performance team, you will turn complex data into actionable insights and help optimise debt outcomes across UK operations, including direct debit performance, recoveries, and operational metrics.

You will monitor trends, develop reporting suites, and support strategic debt initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical experience in debt management, collections, or finance.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating insight into actions.
• Ability to drive performance improvements with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end debt performance across areas of responsibility.
• Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and MI packs.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Support strategy development and evaluation of debt initiatives.
