Job summary

Advice NI in Belfast is seeking Services Advisers to deliver personal and business debt advice via phone, online and in-person channels. Trainees are welcome; roles may be full-time or part-time, with a contract to end of March 2027 and potential extension.

You will be trained and supported to help clients take control of their financial difficulties, delivering clear guidance while adhering to compliance and confidentiality requirements. Equal opportunities are central.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with figures and participate in a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT literacy and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel within NI for some roles
• Full, valid driving licence with access to a vehicle or alternative transport

• Undergo training to deliver personal and business debt advice via multiple channels
• Ensure compliance with legislation, procedures and confidentiality
• Seek client feedback to improve services
