Job summary

Solaris Law in Manchester is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded NQ–3 PQE Solicitor to join our expanding debt recovery team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through resolution and advise clients on recovery strategy, drafting pre-action correspondence, claims and pleadings.

You will conduct litigation, progress matters through the County Court, negotiate settlements, and liaise with clients, courts and third parties while meeting financial targets in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• NQ–3 PQE with experience in debt recovery, litigation or a related area
• Commercially aware and focused on achieving practical outcomes for clients
• Confident managing their own caseload and working to deadlines
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and growing environment

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded NQ–3 PQE Solicitor with experience or a strong interest in debt recovery and dispute resolution to join our expanding debt recovery team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of debt recovery matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Your responsibilities will include:
