LJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Manager for a well-established national law firm. The role focuses on leading debt recovery activities, improving collection performance and building strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

You will manage debt recovery processes, develop strategies for efficiency, and oversee reporting and compliance while guiding junior staff. This is a dynamic, commercially minded leadership position within a respected legal team.

Qualifications

• Proven debt recovery experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of debt recovery legislation and processes.
• Proactive, commercially aware and results-driven.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is desirable.
