Clear Business is seeking an experienced Litigation Manager to lead our Litigation team and oversee legal recovery activity across England and Scotland. You will supervise complex debt recovery cases, coach a high-performing team, and work with external solicitors to drive successful outcomes while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience managing litigation and attending court hearings in debt recovery or collections.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery litigation processes and filing procedures.
• Experience leading a team within a litigation, collections or recoveries environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing Litigation Team.
• Oversee end-to-end litigation and debt recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with external solicitors to progress cases.
• Represent the company at trials and hearings.
• Advise senior management on litigation risk and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements across litigation operations.
• Provide updates on case progress to stakeholders.
