Job summary

Citizens Advice in Coventry seeks a debt caseworker to provide specialist debt casework to clients. The role involves FCA-regulated advice delivered via face-to-face and telephone sessions, helping people complete financial statements, understand available options, and support implementation of chosen solutions.

We assist with Debt Relief Orders, payment plans, and debt write-offs; rolling recruitment basis with potential trainee role consideration.

Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis. We would also consider appointing someone to a trainee role.
