Job summary

Knight Frank Capital Advisory is seeking an experienced Debt Advisory Partner to drive origination and execution of complex debt solutions across the UK and Europe. You will lead engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and develop long-term client relationships while collaborating with Knight Frank teams and lenders to structure capital, refinance, acquisition finance and development funding.

The role demands a proven track record of leading transactions above £25m, strong business development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a Debt Advisory role at a senior level.
• Proven track record of arranging debt solutions across market cycles and asset classes.
• Experience leading transactions in excess of £25m; deals £50m+ desirable.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute debt advisory mandates through existing relationships and new business development.
• Advise clients on capital structuring, refinancing, acquisition finance, and development funding solutions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships across the lending market, including banks and alternative lenders.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and wider business to identify and convert opportunities.
• Represent Knight Frank at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
