Job summary

You will leverage active deal flow across acquisitions, refinancing and growth funding, maintain autonomy in a lean, partner-led environment, and benefit from a clear pathway toward Partner and potential equity

Qualifications

• Proven debt advisory or leveraged finance experience within the mid-market.
• Strong track record of originating and converting client opportunities.
• Credibility with private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to operate in a highly visible client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead debt advisory mandates across UK mid-market transactions.
• Develop relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients.
• Deliver strategic funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancing and growth transactions.
• Build and shape the firm’s long-term debt advisory proposition alongside senior leadership.
