Job Description:

Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of various deals, including Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Real Assets & Credit tax team in Real Estate.

We advise on diverse real estate transactions both in the UK and globally, working with prestigious clients such as sovereign wealth funds, multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds, and REITs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the overall deal architect, overseeing content, tone, and focus of reports, and managing project delivery.
2. Collaborate with partners and directors to identify opportunities for additional services and manage project risks.
3. Lead and coach team members, fostering their professional growth.
4. Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their business concerns and priorities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working on Real Estate projects or advising on UK corporate tax.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to build and leverage internal and external networks.
• Strong communication skills, including negotiation and influence.
• Accounting or tax qualification (or equivalent work experience), including international candidates.
