Our Deals ITX team specializes in providing tax advice on indirect tax implications of transactions such as share and asset acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, IPOs, carve-outs, and supply chain restructurings. We lead on some of the UK's largest and most complex transactions, including significant international carve-outs and separations. The team is known for its variety of work and supportive environment. We are seeking a VAT specialist at the senior manager level to enhance our UK and international transactions capability. This advisory role spans various business sectors and offers a technically interesting and personally rewarding opportunity.
