About the Role:
We are looking for ambitious corporate tax specialists for this client-facing role. You will manage UK corporate tax relationships with clients who have complex tax situations and will be supported in building sector and international skills. You will also help develop our market presence and reputation across PwC’s global network.
What your days will look like:
Managing a diverse client portfolio: leading client relationships, delivering current work, and generating new opportunities. Ensuring communication is appropriate and timely.
Team Management: leading large, diverse teams, providing leverage to partners, overseeing daily work, coordinating specialists, and giving feedback.
Contributing to the leadership of our RAP team through recruitment, skill development, and fostering a coaching culture.
Involved in new business generation: identifying opportunities, converting leads, developing relationships, leading proposals, and contributing to tax technology adoption.
Finances: managing engagement profitability, reviewing budgets, and billing efficiently.
Personal development: staying current with tax law changes and training team members.
This role is for you if:
You possess an ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent experience, including international candidates.
You have significant UK or international tax advisory experience.
You are flexible to work with multiple client teams.
You have strong relationship-building skills.
You demonstrate analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
You have project management and delegation experience.
