Job summary

Bumper International in Sheffield is seeking a Dealership Support Agent to join our dynamic Operations team. You will handle inbound dealership inquiries by phone, email and live chat, aiming for high first-time resolution and exceptional service.

You’ll support invoicing, settlements and onboarding onto our payment platform, meet KPIs and SLAs, and maintain accurate reports. The role blends client care with numeracy and IT skills in a hybrid UK environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business to Business support or helpdesk role is essential.
• Strong Numeracy – Maths GCSE grade 4/C at GCSE; AS or A-Level is a plus.
• Strong IT literacy is essential.
• Financial services and/or invoicing experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak Spanish to B2 proficiency or higher is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound dealership contacts via telephone, email and live chat.
• Strive for high first-time resolution rates, minimising inbound wait times.
• Maintain a focus on delivering excellent service and ensuring satisfaction for partners.
• Support dealerships with invoicing and settlements using product understanding and numeracy.
• Gather, review and upload partner data to onboard onto our payment platform; explain KYC as needed.
• Maintain reports on interactions and tasks within SLAs and KPI targets.
