Oodle Car Finance in Manchester is seeking a Collections Agent to join the Payment Support Team. You will engage with customers facing financial difficulties, exploring payment solutions and setting up plans to help them manage missed payments.

You’ll need excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to prioritise work against KPIs. After probation and the academy (about six months), you will move to a hybrid arrangement with two days in the office and the rest from home.

• Dealing with telephone queries from customers experiencing financial difficulties (Inbound and Outbound).
• Discuss payment solutions for missed payments.
• Set up payment plans and coordinate with specialist teams.
• Show compassion towards customers in vulnerable circumstances.
• Record conversations and actions in the relevant systems.
• Identify efficiency improvements to improve the customer and business experience.
• Raise risks to line manager.
