Bumper is hiring a Dealership Support Agent to join our fast-growing Operations team in Sheffield. You will handle inbound dealership inquiries by phone, email and live chat, assist with invoicing, settlements and onboarding onto our payment platform, and maintain strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B support or helpdesk role is essential.
• Strong numeracy and IT literacy skills required.
• Experience with invoicing or financial services is a plus.

• Aim for high first-time resolution rates and minimize wait times.
