Butler Rose is excited to help a market leading dealership recruit a Qualified Management Accountant. You will report to the Financial Controller, providing accurate financial information, partnering with operational teams, and supporting decision-making to drive performance.

This commercially minded role suits an analyst who enjoys evaluating performance, driving process improvements, and influencing stakeholders across the business. Based in the West Midlands, the role offers strategic impact.

Formación

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong management reporting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience within the Motor-trade sector.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis.
• Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Business partner with operational and departmental managers to support financial performance.
• Analyse revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Deliver insightful KPI reporting to senior management.
• Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial controls.
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to aid business decision-making.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a market leading dealership. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial information, business partnering with operational teams, and supporting decision-making.

This position would suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys analysing performance, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across the business.
