Job summary

Performance Resourcing Limited, Oxford, is seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to take full responsibility for the financial management of the site and to drive performance across the dealership.

You will work closely with senior leadership, producing forecasts, budgets and reports while leading Sales Administration and Accounts teams in a busy automotive environment. On-site role with a competitive package.

• Strong understanding of the retail automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group accounts and contribute to monthly management meetings.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Accountant to join a well-established motor group based in Oxford. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a vital part in driving financial performance across the dealership.

The Role

As Dealership Accountant, you will take full responsibility for the financial management of the site, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and insightful analysis to support business growth.
