GardX is seeking an Operations & Systems Coordinator in Port Solent to join our expanding team. You will own the onboarding of new dealers onto our systems, implement rate changes, set up new products, and keep our telephony platform running smoothly, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role suits someone accurate with a keen eye for detail who can work independently, manage multiple live dealer issues, and dive into API and system problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, service delivery or dealer support.
• Accurate with a keen eye for detail and able to work independently.
• Comfortable juggling multiple live dealer issues while onboarding and rate changes.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of new dealers onto our systems to agreed timelines.
• Implement rate changes and new product set-ups in collaboration with pricing and compliance teams.
• Investigate and resolve dealer issues quickly, including API and registration problems.
• Administer the Daktela telephony system and deliver improvements to streamline it when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, clients and colleagues.
