Job summary

GardX Group is seeking an Operations Executive to join the team and lead the onboarding of new dealers onto our systems. You will manage rate changes, product set-ups and API/registration issue resolution while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will administer the Daktela telephony system, report on data, maintain documentation, and work across departments to drive process improvements. A bias for detail and independent work will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, service delivery or dealer support.
• Background in automotive, finance or insurance is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of new dealers onto our systems within agreed timelines.
• Implement rate changes and new product set-ups with pricing/compliance teams.
• Investigate and resolve dealer issues quickly, including API/registration problems.
