Job summary

Northern Trust Corporation is seeking a Deal Manager to join the Sales team in the UK. You will coordinate complex opportunities across Pension, Insurance, Corporate, Banking, and Asset Management sectors, guiding proposals, onboarding, and transitions with internal teams and clients.

You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions, manage governance, and drive client success across multiple locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and client focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, and proposals.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex new business opportunities from proposal through onboarding.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Relationship Management and Product.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support client onboarding, transition planning, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate on client-specific value propositions and solution proposals.
