Northern Trust, a global financial services leader, seeks a Senior Consultant for its GFO International team to lead complex client onboarding, asset transitions and key governance initiatives. The role requires coordinating with Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance and other specialists to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in client onboarding, implementation, client servicing, project delivery or asset servicing within financial services.
• Experience in private banking or wealth management environments is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead complex client implementations from initiation to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client onboarding and implementation engagements from initiation through to completion, establishing scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, milestones, governance and target dates.
• Serve as the principal implementation contact for clients, managing expectations, risks, issues and escalations.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery across products and teams.
• Lead AML/KYC and account-opening requirements, coordinating with Compliance and control functions to secure approvals.
• Assess complex client structures to understand risk and jurisdictional KYC requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Product and Relationship Management on contract execution and delivery timelines.
• Oversee and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear actions and ownership.
