Graphcore in Bristol, UK is seeking a Hardware Validation & Debug Engineer to validate memory subsystems and system interfaces for next‑generation AI compute platforms. You will own lab validation, investigate failures, tune LPDDR memory (incl.

LPDDR5), and coordinate root‑cause analysis with hardware and firmware teams. You will work with Architecture, Silicon, Firmware, PCB design and power teams to translate lab findings into actionable fixes, reporting progress with clear debugging

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on hardware debug experience including board bring-up and subsystem debug.
• Experience validating and tuning LPDDR memory subsystems, ideally LPDDR5.
• Ability to debug PCB, power, signal integrity and interfaces to root cause.

• Create and execute validation and debug plans for new hardware platforms.
• Investigate failures and tune memory subsystems across hardware and firmware teams.
• Produce clear debug reports and drive root-cause analysis across teams.
• Own bring-up activity and guide corrective actions based on data.
