Babcock Technology Centre in Bristol is seeking a DBA Manager. This full-time role leads Oracle database and middleware services, ensuring secure, reliable, and optimised operations across national defence and engineering programmes.

You will shape technology and people capability, guide a team, and contribute to moving the function in-house while delivering new digital solutions that enhance critical systems and infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Experience managing database and middleware environments in complex systems.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Familiar with Oracle technologies such as WebLogic, SOA Suite, Identity Management, and modern Oracle database platforms.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise performance and reliability.
