Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced Pensions Project Manager for Defined Benefit schemes in the UK. You will lead high-profile pension transformation projects, partnering with actuaries, administrators, consultants and senior stakeholders to deliver complex change.

You will gain exposure to GMP equalisation, buy-in/buy-out readiness, scheme mergers and wind-ups, with a focus on delivering value and expert guidance across DB pensions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in UK Defined Benefit pensions.
• Experience with GMP rectification/equalisation, Buy-ins/Buy-outs, mergers or wind-ups.
• Evidence of successful project delivery and client-facing experience.
• Prince2 or similar (APM, PMP, CSM) certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clear, concise communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in facilitating and leading project meetings/workshops.
• Proactive, self-driven approach to project outcomes and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of large-scale pension change and transformation projects.
• Manage GMP equalisation, buy-in/buy-out readiness, rectification and wind-ups.
• Partner with clients and project teams to define strategy, scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Drive governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement across workstreams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and budget to high standards.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums with key stakeholders.
