Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Pensions Administrator with DB experience for a hybrid role in Manchester City Centre. Circa £32,500 (negotiable based on experience).

The position combines 3 days in the office with 2 days working from home. You will administer pension schemes, interact with members, manage data securely and generate reports, while collaborating with the team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience of DB Pensions Schemes and working for a 3rd party administrator or in-house pension scheme.
• High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Familiarity with pension software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administering pension schemes and daily operations with accuracy.
• Interact with members, answer queries and guide them through pension options.
• Maintain accurate, secure records and databases.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and service delivery.
• Prepare and submit regular reports and track key metrics.
