• DB pension administration experience (2+ years)
• Up to date understanding of UK pension legislation

• Pensions industry qualification progress or attainment
• Experience with pension software products

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service to pension scheme members, communicating in writing and verbally
• Maintain and update pension administration systems to ensure accuracy of information and entitlements
• Contribute to the team and drive improvements for better member experience
• Document work processes and support other Member Services team members
• Assist with one-off projects
