Bob & Berts in Blackpool is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our daytime kitchen. You’ll oversee service, standards, stock and team performance, ensuring breakfast and lunch run smoothly and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires calm leadership during busy service, the ability to coach staff, control costs and maintain food hygiene. No late nights, early shifts and weekends are a key feature of the role with opportunities to grow within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required due to managerial responsibilities
• At least 2 years in a Kitchen Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, café chef or similar leadership role
• Current Food Hygiene Certificate required
• Calm, organised, hands-on during busy service
• Availability for early mornings and weekend shifts
• Right to work in the UK

Responsabilités

• Lead breakfast and lunch services and step in where needed
• Train, coach and organise kitchen staff, create rotas
• Ensure dishes are prepared quickly, safely and to standard
• Manage ordering, deliveries, stocktakes, waste and food costs
• Maintain food hygiene, allergen, cleaning and health & safety records
• Coordinate with front of house and contribute ideas for specials
