Job summary

Billy-Bob’s Parlour is hiring a permanent Assistant Manager to help the smooth day-to-day run of our busy branch in Lancashire. You’ll lead a section of the diner, whether at the counter crafting shakes and sodas or on the floor delivering top-notch service.

You’ll report to the General Manager after an induction period and drive exceptional customer experiences, uphold food safety and allergen policies, and train the team to Billy-Bob’s exacting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for hospitality and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent people skills and ability to inspire and motivate others
• Impressive ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to ensure exceptional standards of customer service
• Dealing effectively with all levels of customer queries and complaints
• Training and supervising the team to meet Billy-Bob’s exacting standards
• Ensuring all food safety, allergen and Health and Safety policies are met
