Qualifikationen

• SIA licence valid for Security Guarding or Door Supervisor.
• Proven ability to write clear, factual reports.
• Excellent English communication; professional note-taking.

Aufgaben

• Visible Estate Patrols and respond proportionately to anti-social behaviour.
• Conduct building and fire-safety checks, identify hazards.
• Monitor car parks, enforce parking rules and record evidence.
• Oversee loading bays and verify access control.
• Inspect doors, locks and access-control systems; escalate issues.
• Maintain parcel room operations and assist estate staff as needed.
• Provide calm first response to incidents and emergencies; escalate as required.
• Maintain patrol records and handovers; support team as needed.
