Job summary

Albert Bartlett in Scotland is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Chilled division on dayshift, working Monday to Friday, 05:45-14:30. You will supervise the chilled production line, mentor a team of operatives, and drive quality, safety, and efficiency across the shift.

You will analyse production data, implement improvements, and partner with management to maintain high standards of food safety and product quality. Experience in food manufacturing and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chilled production or food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the chilled production line.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operatives to achieve production targets while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.
• Collaborate with management to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate training and development for team members, enhancing skills and performance.
• Act as a key communicator between the production team and management.
