Job summary

Unilever’s Port Sunlight site seeks a multiskilled Days Maintenance Engineer responsible for leading PM and tags planning for the line, driving KPI improvements and maintaining equipment reliability. You will own breakdown elimination, support spare parts planning, and mentor operators and engineers in WCM-based problem solving.

The role requires expertise in mechanical or electrical disciplines, with cross-training in the other, and will operate in a hybrid working environment at Port Sunlight

Qualifications

• PM process ownership and standards deployment.
• Knowledge of WCM tools (7 tools, Kaizen, PM, AM, FI).
• Experience with maintenance planning and spares inventory.

Responsibilities

• Owns PM process deployment and KPI reporting.
• Owns and facilitates weekly PM and Tags planning meetings.
• Orders spare parts and supports inventory policies.
• Leads breakdown elimination and root cause using WCM methods.
