Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing) in Crawley. Salary £40,000 - £45,000 plus 52K OTE, days based, with training and benefits. The role involves maintaining automation and manufacturing machinery, both mechanical and electrical, in a two-shift rotation.

There is a 1 in 3 weeks call-out rota and paid overtime in the summer. The company has operated for over 40 years, supplying to hospitality sectors with high‑quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of automation and manufacturing machinery
• Fault finding and maintaining gearboxes, motors, conveyors and baggers
• 2 shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:30pm and 10am - 7pm, 42 hours per week
• Overtime available at time 1/4
• Call out rota 1 in 3 weeks
