Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a 12-month FTC based on-site in Worcester, with occasional travel to Malvern. The role features a 3-shift pattern and a mix of preplanned and reactive maintenance on production lines and machinery.

We welcome apprentice-trained maintenance engineers with a manufacturing background. The position offers a competitive salary (£40,000–£45,000) plus 10% shift allowance, overtime, pension and benefits, with potential progression beyond 12

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer with manufacturing background.
• Willing to work a 12-month contract with potential permanent placement.
• Experience with preplanned and reactive maintenance.
• Able to work on a 3-shift pattern across days, evenings and nights.
