Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting KS1 and KS2 qualified teachers to work on a day-to-day basis across primary schools in Leicester. This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, allowing you to work as many or as few days as you like.

We offer £140-£160 per day for Leicester placements, with opportunities across KS1 and KS2 and dedicated consultant support.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• Experience in KS1 or KS2 within a primary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Reliable, professional and passionate about education.
• Willingness to work day-to-day across Leicester schools.

Responsibilities

This is a genuinely flexible opportunity, allowing you to work as many or as few days as you like. Whether you're looking for regular supply work throughout the week or just want to pick up the occasional day, we can offer opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 or KS2
• Following school planning and adapting lessons where required

We're Looking For

To be considered for these roles, you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have previous experience working with children
• Have experience within a primary school environment
• Be confident teaching either KS1 or KS2
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable and able to quickly settle into different school environments
• Be reliable, professional and passionate about education
