Job summary

Active Pathways Ltd is seeking a Day Support Worker for South Grove House in Fulwood, Preston. You will support men with autism, mental health conditions and complex needs in a day service, following a two-week rolling rota with day shifts.

You’ll provide person-centred support, help build daily living skills and promote independence, confidence and community involvement in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities or complex needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Calm, patient and compassionate approach in challenging situations.
• Commitment to person-centred support, inclusion and independence.
