Job summary

Autism Pathways in the UK is seeking caring, resilient Support Workers to help adults with autism and complex needs live safe, fulfilling and independent lives within a specialist service.

The role offers enhanced staffing, tailored support plans, and opportunities to develop through specialist training, with a focus on promoting wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Must have full UK driving licence.
  • Passion for supporting others.
  • Calm, confident approach to challenging situations.
  • Willingness to complete Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Care experience is beneficial but not essential.

What We're Looking For
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to drive as part of the role
  • Passion for supporting others
  • Calm, confident approach to challenging situations
  • Care experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Willingness to complete a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care if not already achieved
