Job summary

Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd in London is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join the Wellesley Road service in Camden. You will provide person-centred care to residents, working within care plans and with qualified nurses and support staff to promote wellbeing and dignity.

The role offers 48 hours per week across four 12-hour shifts (07:45am–20:15pm). No prior experience required, full training provided, with strong emphasis on teamwork, respect, and compassionate care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

The care team comprises qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff who work together to provide person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs.

The care team also works closely with residents' families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care.

Job Responsibilities
