Job summary

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Raunds, Northamptonshire. The role involves providing person-centred care to service users, assisting with bathing, dressing and hygiene, and maintaining accurate care documentation. You’ll work within a team to promote dignity, inclusion and a safe, caring environment.

No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Salary:

£13.57 per hour

Hours:

11 hours over a 4 week rota.

Shift Times:

12 hour shifts - 07:45am - 20:15pm

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
