Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confid ent Care & Support Worker at Cherry Tree House in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire. You will work full time (42 hours weekly) on 12-hour day shifts, delivering compassionate care to residents with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

You will provide physical and emotional support, learn individual needs, and report welfare issues. The role requires DBS check clearance and a patient-centered, team-oriented approach.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You’ll be working full time, 42 hours a week (12 hour day shifts only) in our specialist residential service, Cherry Tree House.

Cherry Tree House is a specialist residential service in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
