Winner Recruitment Ltd is hiring Warehouse Operatives and Parcel Sorters for a day shift at our client’s parcel hub in CV8 3EE. The role is a physically active, hands-on position with full training provided and free transport for the shift. Immediate starts and weekly pay are available.

The role involves sorting parcels, loading/unloading, and moving goods using pump trucks, with strict adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Warehouse Operative / Parcel Sorter - Day Shift 11:00 to 19:00 - FREE Transport

Location: CV8 3EE

Pay: £12.71 to £13.21 per hour

Shift: Days, 11:00am to 7:00pm

Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Pay frequency: Weekly

Start date: Immediate starts available

Winner Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Parcel Sorters for day shift at our client's parcel hub in CV8 3EE.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for people who enjoy practical work and staying active. No two shifts are the same, and full training is provided.

The role

Your duties will include:

• Sorting parcels on manual conveyor belts
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Using pump trucks to move pallets and goods safely
• Moving parcels safely around the warehouse
• Preparing items for onward delivery
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team
• Following all site and manual handling procedures

Please note: this is a physically demanding role with frequent lifting and movement. Parcels vary in size and weight, with some up to 40kg. Safe lifting procedures, team handling and available equipment must be used whenever required.

Shift pattern

Day shift runs 11:00am to 7:00pm. The site operates every day except Saturday. Shift times and staffing levels may vary depending on parcel volumes.

Full-time availability is preferred. We can also consider students who can commit to around 20 hours per week.
