Winner Recruitment Ltd is hiring for a Day Shift Parcel Sorter and Warehouse Operative at our Ryton hub (CV8 3ED). The role runs 11:00 to 19:00 with free transport from Birmingham and weekly pay. No experience needed; full training provided and immediate starts available.

You'll sort parcels on conveyor belts, load/unload trailers, move pallets with pump trucks, and prepare items for delivery. It's active, physical work in a busy team environment with safety as a priority.

Not a morning person? Our day shift doesn't start until 11am. We're hiring day shift Parcel Sorters and Warehouse Operatives at our client's busy parcel hub in Ryton, CV8 3ED.

It's active, hands-on work. No desk, no two shifts the same. If you like keeping busy and being part of a team that gets the job done, you'll fit right in. No experience? No problem, we'll train you.

Getting there is sorted

We provide FREE transport to and from our Ryton site for day shift, so you don't need a car to get to work.

What you'll be doing

• Sorting parcels on conveyor belts
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Moving pallets with pump trucks
• Getting parcels ready for delivery
• Working safely as part of a team

Good to know

This is a physical role. Parcels vary in size and some weigh up to 40kg, so you'll be lifting and moving throughout your shift. Safe lifting techniques, team lifts and equipment are used whenever needed.

Shift pattern

Days run 11:00am to 7:00pm. The site works every day except Saturday, and shifts can vary with parcel volumes. Full-time availability is preferred, but students who can do around 20 hours a week are welcome too.
