Job summary

Winner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Parcel Sorters for our client at CV8 3EE. Immediate starts are available with weekly pay. Roles are hands-on and require staying active throughout shifts, with full training provided.

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where reliability, teamwork and safe handling are essential. Part-time options around 20 hours per week can be considered for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Physically fit for long shifts and manual handling.
• Able to lift and move parcels of varying sizes.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible with shift patterns and able to cope with changes.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.
• Willing to wear PPE as required.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Winner Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Parcel Sorters to join the team at our esteemed client in CV8 3EE.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for people who enjoy practical work and staying active throughout their shift. No two shifts are exactly the same, and full training is provided.

The role

• Your duties will include:
• Sorting parcels on manual conveyor belts
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Using pump trucks to move pallets and goods safely
• Moving parcels safely around the warehouse
• Preparing items for onward delivery
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team
• Following all site and manual-handling procedures

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving frequent lifting and movement. Parcels vary in size and weight, with some weighing up to 40 kg. Safe lifting procedures, team handling and available equipment must be used whenever required.

Shifts

The site operates every day except Saturday. Typical shift times are:

Full-time availability is preferred. We can also consider students who can commit to approximately 20 hours per week.
